Note* Trimble - Thelma Bowersock, 80, of 10 Maple St., died Monday at Kilmer Convalescent Center in Athens, after an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late George and Minnie Palmer Ward. She and her husband formerly owned and operated Bowersock Grocery Store in Murray City.
She is survived by two daughters, Dorothy Drake of Trimble and Betty Sanchez of Santa Maria, Calif; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Lawrence Ward of Newark and George Ward of Zanesville.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin, in 1985; a sister and two brothers.11
