| Note* | Gloria Ethel Ferguson Mott, dear wife and mother, passed away on Oct 4, 2010 at age 83. She was born on 3 Jul 1927 to LeRoy and Ethel Baum Ferguson in Provo, Utah. She was the third of six children. She married LaVerl Voln Mott on 10 Oct 1945, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple in Salt Lake City, UT. Her parents (LeRoy & Ethel Ferguson), sister (Beverly Ferguson), and brother (Wallace Ferguson) preceeded her in death. Her granddaughter Robin succeeded her in death in 2012, (Find a Grave Memorial #102834945). She is survived by her husband (LaVerl) and three children: Peggy (Joe) Bennett, Richard (Cindy) Mott, and Rebecca Anne Mott, as well as one brother (Ronald Ferguson) and two sisters, LaWanda (Grant) Farrer and Sherrie (Bill) Jones. Gloria was an avid genealogy researcher. She loved her ancestors and focused on her extended family. Her daughter Peggy is now the "keeper of the genealogical flame".1 |
