HARWICH - Ronald Adams Stark, 83, of Harwich passed away on Monday, February 15 at Cape Cod Hospital. He was the loving husband of Virginia (Andrzejewski) Stark for nearly 47years.

Ronald was born April 4, 1932 to Rossiter & Mabel (Orton) Stark in Providence, RI. He graduated from Brown University in 1954 with a degree in Geology. He attended Brown under the U.S. Navy Holloway Program and he served in the U.S Navy from 1954-1958 achieving the rank of Lieutenant (JG).

In the 1950's Ron was one of the first Scuba Divers for Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. Being on the ocean, spear fishing, skin diving and swimming remained among his favorite hobbies for years. He Worked for Norton Company in Worcester, Industrial Ceramics Division for 23 years. After his retirement he was a Refractories Consultant to the metallurgical industry for 27 years.
